The Purposeful Youth program supports students from middle school through college with career guidance, employment opportunities, scholarships, and mentoring. Through this initiative, we offer several key programs designed to open doors and create pathways to success.
✓Career guidance from middle school through college
This conference connects students with representatives from universities, trade schools, and institutions to learn about industries, costs, funding opportunities, and the enrollment process. It features engaging panel discussions led by professionals in students' fields of interest.
Career Con brings together university and trade school students to engage directly with top-paying employers. Students get the opportunity to learn about different companies and showcase their skills to potential employers — a direct pipeline from education to employment.
The capstone project for Purposeful Youth students. Participants explore diverse career paths, identify disparities in their chosen fields, and design strategies to overcome those barriers — leaving as leaders ready to drive real change.
An adult empowerment program helping adults realign with their goals through career training, certifications, and life planning support after delays or life transitions. Because purpose has no expiration date.
A global platform bringing together the African diaspora and policymakers to design solutions around free, incentivized education, youth employment opportunities, and long-term sustainable African development.

Born into a vibrant West African heritage and raised in the United States since the age of eight, Siaka Hoff initially aspired to a career in journalism and media. However, a transformative journey through college led Siaka to discover a deeper calling: bringing hope to those in need.
Graduating with a degree in sociology, Siaka entered the social service field where firsthand experience illuminated stark disparities within communities. This ignited a passionate commitment to bridging these gaps and uplifting the community through advocacy and support.
Today, Siaka Hoff continues to pursue this mission with unwavering dedication, driven by a vision to empower and inspire. Siaka believes fervently in the transformative power of hope to create lasting change in our world.

It brought together young participants around interactive workshops, immersive tours and supervised activities, offering them tools to better understand themselves and build a meaningful future.

About the Program — 2nd Edition
2nd Edition — New York City Date to be Announced
The second edition will take place in New York City. Aimed at young people aged 13 to 19, it will explore key themes such as leadership, active citizenship and building a solid life project. Through workshops, meetings and practical projects, participants will enjoy a unique experience of personal and collective transformation. Date to be announced — stay tuned!
