Purposeful Youth
Youth Mentorship Program
The Purposeful Youth program supports students from middle school through college by providing career guidance, employment opportunities, scholarships, and more. Through this initiative, we offer several key programs.
Ed-Con (Education Conference)
This conference connects students with representatives from universities, trade schools, and other institutions to learn about various industries, educational costs, funding opportunities, and the enrollment process. It also features engaging panel discussions led by professionals working in students’ fields of interest.
Career Con
Career Con brings together university and trade school students to engage directly with top-paying employers. Students get the opportunity to learn about different companies and showcase their skills to potential employers.
Take Action Summit
This is the students’ capstone project. It empowers participants to explore diverse career paths, identify disparities in their chosen fields, and design strategies to overcome those barriers.
Invest in the Purpose (Annual Fundraising Event)
A fun, student-led event raising funds for scholarships and summer programs.

Adult Empowerment Program
Helping adults realign with their goals by connecting them with career training, certifications, and life planning support after delays or life transitions.
